Its not even about the money at this point, it's the principle of the lack of follow up/follow through that irritates me most.

Last I checked, customers are the ones to be chased, not the other way around with paying customers chasing Ash down..

That's just ass backwards. No more props from me until consistent quality management is in place.

If only SZ had more time for R&D and bringing parts to the scene... we buy ash out of lack of options really.
